Customers Beauty helps brands collect customer feedback and understand it with AI. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legalese.

Who we are

Customers Beauty is the data controller for information about visitors to this website and about the people who administer a Customers Beauty workspace. For the feedback our customers collect from their own customers, the customer is the controller and we act as their processor.

What we collect

• Account data. Name, work email, company and billing details you give us when you create a workspace.
• Feedback content. The responses, reviews and messages your customers submit through the channels you connect, along with any metadata you choose to attach.
• Usage data. Pages viewed, features used and basic device information, so we can keep the product working and see what to improve.

How we use it

We use your data to run the service: to collect and de-duplicate feedback, to analyse it for sentiment, themes and urgency, to produce your weekly brief, to bill you, and to provide support. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your customers’ feedback to train models for anyone other than you.

Sharing

We share data only with the sub-processors that operate the service — hosting, email delivery, payments and error monitoring — and only as far as each needs to do its job. We will also disclose data where the law requires it. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.

Retention

Feedback stays in your workspace until you delete it or close your account. When an account is closed we delete its content within 30 days, except where we must keep records for tax or legal reasons.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Write to privacy@customers.beauty and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is limited to the people who need it, logged, and protected by multi-factor authentication.

Cookies

This marketing site uses only the cookies needed to remember your preferences. The application uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Changes

If we make a material change to this policy we will tell workspace owners by email before it takes effect, and update the date at the top of this page.
